W dniu 31.10.2018 roku przyszła do mnie Pani z długami wraz z dokumentami potrzebnymi do złożenia wniosku o ogłoszenie upadłości konsumenckiej (kwitek od renty w kwocie 604 złote, orzeczenie o niepełnosprawności oraz dokumentacja medyczna potwierdzająca jej stan zdrowia).
Pani Teresa poprosiła mnie o to żebym poprowadził jej sprawę za darmo.
Mając na uwadze wysokość renty, to że Pani Teresa została eksmitowana i obecnie mieszka w lokalu socjalnym za które płaci 200 złotych miesięcznie oraz wydaje na leki 150 zł. mies. zgodziłem się reprezentować ją w sprawie za darmo i pomóc się jej pozbyć wszystkich długów, sam uiściłem opłatę od wniosku w kwocie 30 zł i opłatę od pełnomocnictwa w kwocie 17 zł.
Zadawałem pytania Pani Teresie w celu uzupełnienia wniosku, który został złożony w biurze podawczym Sądu Rejonowego w Bydgoszczy w dniu 31.10.2018 roku.
W dniu 14 listopada Sąd ogłosił upadłość konsumencką dłużniczki bez obecności dłużniczki na posiedzeniu niejawnym – postępowanie zakończyło się w ciągu 14 dni.
Sprawa zakończyła się sukcesem, gratuluję Pani Tereso i liczę na to, że uda Sąd umorzy Pani zobowiązania bez ustalania planu spłaty wierzycieli.
